We welcome all comments whether good, bad, or ugly. We have found that the best way to improve Customer Service is to listen to customers themselves.
We try to get it right first time, every time, but sometimes things do not go as planned. If you are displeased about any product or services you have received from us you should contact us immediately so that we can put right whatever we have done wrong.
If you write or email a complaint to us, we will acknowledge it when we receive it and start looking into the complaint immediately. Once we have looked into the issue we will get back to you letting you know what went wrong and what we are going to do to resolve it.
